"Losing One's Hat" An amusing 19th Century watercolour of a Huntsman in pink aboard a dark bay hunter, jumping a brook. The rider is a caricature of a retired, red-nosed Colonel. His riding position is atrocious and this is reflected in the poor horse's worried expression! Monogrammed N.C.W. May 1894.
