18th Century English Chippendale armchair showing Chinese influence with a ribbon pierced and fretted shaped splat and raised, carved decoration. It has a flat Shepherd's crook arms and sits on square chamfer legs. With a Chinese influence needlework drop in seat. English, circa 1765.
