Description

This beautifully sculptural naive child's chair has a curved ash top rail, attractively elongated turned spindles, a massive sycamore seat and ash legs. Notice the fifth larger leg at the back, presumably for stability. It has wonderfully worn paint. West Country English, circa 1795.
