The Elegance of late 18th Century Sweden is beautifully exemplified in this centre table with its classical line and repeat thumb mould and bead carving - a drop front thumb mould frieze with a drawer to one side and a lower tier surrounded by bead mouldings. It has original casters with worn lignum vitae wheels and also original pale grey/blue paint with a white marble top. Swedish, circa 1780.
